Welcome to Our Practice

This booklet is designed to provide our patients with information regarding our mission and office policies. We hope that it will answer many questions. If, after reading this booklet, you still have questions, please ask us.

Our mission is to provide you with the highest standard of care; therefore, you may find we do things a little differently than you may be accustomed to.

We believe our patients should share in building value for their own dental health by making the necessary commitment of time, homecare and financial responsibility.

Our dental office is a small health-oriented team of proffesionals dedicated to serving patients. We maintain certain standards of skills and concern, we want an aura about it than unquestionably makes a statement of our quality of care.

For our patients desiring the highest quality dental service that modern technology can provide, it will be our goal to provide for these individuals the necessary diagnosis, education and treatment to realize a life time of optimum oral health.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Excellent in dentistry begins with diagnosis and treatment plans to move toward goals we will establish together. We will perform an extensive and comprehensive examination pf your teeth, gums, bite, joints and soft tissue.

Appointment and Office Schedules

Office hours are by appointment only. This is to ensure that adequate time is allocated for the doctor to evaluate ech patient, and to keep your waiting time as short as possible. We try to see each patient on time and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice, so that this time may be given to another patient who may be waiting for an appointment.

Waiting Room

We request that small children not accompany you to the office. We do understand that baby-sitting problems occationaly occur and make it necessary for the child to be brought along.

Our Commitment to Your Protection

As a dedicated dental team, we are concerned about patient protection from infection diseases. We are committed to providing maximum protection to you, our patient against any kind of infectious disease.

There are many fine details which are entailed in our infection control system. Out staff members are thoroughly trained in infection control procedures. We continue to update our procedures to stay in compliance with OSHA and ADA regulations.

Telephone Calls

Our telephone number is 649-3411 and will be answered by the receptionist from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and from 1:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Wednesday and until 4:00 P.M. on Thursday.

If you wish to make an appointment please give her as much information as possible so that she can allocate the proper amount of time for your visit.

After regular hours or on weekends, you call will be answered by our answering machine and in an emergency you can reach the doctor at home.

Recall Visits

We believe in the benefits of regular preventative care, and therefore, encourage all our patients to return for periodic recall visits. We feel it is your responsibility to make and keep our appointment.

At the time of your recall visit, please advise the receptionist of any change in your: (1) health and medications being taken; (2) address or phone numbers; (3) marital status; ( 4) employment and insurance coverage.

Fees and Payments

Our fees reflects the quality of our dentistry. An estimate of the charge for any procedure will be given gladly. We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying for treatment at time of service. If your treatment program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate with our business office staff.

Insurance

If you have insurance, please bring a completed and signed form, your insurance card, and any information about your plan with you to your first visit. We will submit your insurance claim for you and will work to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all cost of your dental care. Most plans includes coinsurance, a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient.

If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please ask our business office staff and we will work with you to find the answer.
